Kanthe Construction Pvt Ltd in Mankhurd, Mumbai, is known to satisfactorily cater to the demands of its customer base. The business came into existence in 2009 and has, since then, been a known name in its field. Come into the office to have a thorough talk about your needs, pay a portion up front to obtain the floor plan, after the plan is completed, receive a construction estimate, and sign the contract to start building your home.
Will any subcontracts be awarded by Kanthe Construction?
No, we don’t assign any subcontract work to outside parties. We have a dedicated in-house team that includes architects, structural designers, interior designers, site supervisors, and the Mestri team, among others.
How much will it cost to build?
We provide a range of construction packages, including basic, standard, premium, and luxury options. The cost of building will vary depending on the number of floors and finishing materials you select.
How would we meet to have the first talk?
You can schedule an appointment in advance for our corporate office space in Mankhurd, or you can call us to discuss the fundamental details of the building project.
Only Plan & Design service will you provide ?
Yes, we do Architectural services where you can get a vastu plan, elevation design, and structural design based on your service requirement.
Will you take on the project if I wish to build my house anywhere other than Mumbai?
Distance is irrelevant for architectural design services, but it is important for the turn-key construction project we are now working on in Mumbai.
Does the interior work exist?
Yes, we take on turn-key interior projects and have an in-house staff dedicated to interior design and implementation. We have created multiple projects in reputable apartment buildings.
Where is your corporate office located, and what are the office hours?
We have a corporate office in Mankhurd. You can book an appointment before visiting between 10 am and 8 pm. Alternatively, you can call us to discuss your initial requirements for your construction project to get a basic idea.
